    Job Title:** **Inventory Clerk** **–** **$22–$26/hr** **|** **Weekly Pay** **|** **Contract-to-Hire** **|** **Day Shifts

We’re looking for a motivated Inventory Clerk to support inventory operations at a cutting-edge manufacturing facility in West St. Paul, MN. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with weekly pay, great benefits, and room to grow!

     

    •** **Available Shifts:

    + **Shift A:** 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Mon–Fri)

    + _x1 openings_

    + **Shift B:** 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Mon–Fri)

    + _x1 openings_

    • **Pay Range:** $22.00 – $26.00/ per hour (based on experience)

    • **Paid Weekly**

    •** **What You’ll Do:

    As an Inventory Clerk, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly:

    + Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies

    + Maintain accurate records in the inventory management system

    + Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments

    + Pick parts for work orders and prepare inventory reports

    + Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits

    + Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed

    + Support broader company goals with flexibility and initiative

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    •** **What You Bring:

    _Required:_

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + Experience or training in inventory, logistics, or supply chain (manufacturing preferred)

    + Familiarity with inventory systems and control principles

    + Ability to operate heavy equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)

    + Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills

    + Basic understanding of JIT and supply chain fundamentals

    _Preferred:_

    + Experience with Fishbowl Inventory software

    + Certification in heavy equipment operation

    + Degree or formal training in Supply Chain or Logistics

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
