    • –$20/hour (based on experience)

    •Shifts Available:

    + 1st Shift AM – 4:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

    + 2nd Shift PM – 12:00 AM (Monday–Friday)

As a Production Worker, you’ll be trained to operate cutting-edge equipment, support daily production, and help create high-quality products in a clean, team-oriented environment.

     

    •️What You’ll Do

    + Operate and monitor machines used in sheet manufacturing (hot roll, cold roll, waterjet, grinding, and more)

    + Follow clear, step-by-step procedures and safety protocols

    + Perform basic maintenance and assist with minor equipment repairs

    + Use precision tools to measure and inspect materials

    + Keep accurate records and enter production data electronically

    + Help clean and prepare final products for shipping

    + Receive and sort sheet samples for quality testing

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude

    + Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a hands-on setting

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
