    Job Title: Machine Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up machines, maintaining continuous operation, and performing basic troubleshooting as necessary. A key part of your role will be conducting hourly quality checks to ensure that parts are produced to the highest standard.

    Responsibilities

    + Set up and operate machines efficiently.

    + Perform hourly quality checks on produced parts.

    + Conduct basic troubleshooting to resolve machine issues.

    + Ensure production goals are met.

    + Oversee and multitask across 3-5 machines.

    + Manage dispersion of finished products and address rejected parts.

    Shift:

    Monday - Friday (Must be able to work OT, plus weekends)

     

    2nd shift: 2:30pm-10:30pm

    Qualifications

    + Previous experience in manufacturing and machine operation.

    + Understanding of production goals.

    + Ability to multitask and oversee multiple machines.

    + Experience in conducting quality checks.

    + Mechanical troubleshooting skills.

    + Ability to manage scraps and equipment efficiently.

     

    Work Environment

     

    The position is based in a 150-person climate-controlled facility, where 70% of operations involve high-speed assembly and testing.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.75/hr.
