Job Title: Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join our maintenance team where you will design minor electrical circuits and test and troubleshoot electrical, PLC, and electronic circuits used for machine control. You will also troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, and install electrical and electronic controls on machines by interpreting schematics or blueprints. Your role will require a strong knowledge of electrical power and water distribution systems, as well as performing basic mechanical repairs.

Responsibilities

+ Design minor electrical circuits for machinery.

+ Test and troubleshoot electrical, PLC, and electronic circuits.

+ Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.

+ Install electrical and electronic controls on machines by reading schematics or blueprints.

+ Perform basic mechanical repairs.

Essential Skills

+ Troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical domains.

+ Experience with PLC troubleshooting.

+ Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.

+ Ability to use a computer for part searches and enter data into a CMMS.

+ Two-year Associate degree.

+ 2-4 years of relevant work experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to obtain Journeyman Maintenance or Electrician certification.

+ 3 Phase electrical experience.

Work Environment

This is a Permanent position based out of Ripon, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80912.00 - $98176.00/yr.
