Job Title: Facilities Technician/Coordinator
Job Description
The primary role of a Facilities Coordinator is to support, monitor, and coordinate a small team of multi-skilled operatives. This position involves developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, landlords, managing agents, and facilities vendors to ensure tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
+ Provide support for monitoring the performance of and coordinating a small team of multi-skilled operatives.
+ Develop close working relationships with key client stakeholders, partners, landlords, managing agents, and all facilities vendors.
+ Assist in the management of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to required standards.
+ Aid in the procurement of vendors and services as necessary.
+ Support financial processes to ensure all financial management requirements are met promptly and accurately.
+ Ensure prompt and accurate management of purchase orders in the internal financial management platform.
+ Assist with monthly accrual reports and help monitor finance trackers.
+ Conduct site inspections, assessments, regular audits, and carry out safety procedures as well as all building procedures.
+ Assist in the implementation of the property risk management program and industry best practice operations.
+ Maintain premises in neat and good working condition at all times.
+ Support the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
+ Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures.
+ Provide support for regular management reports and projects as required.
+ Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.

Work Environment
Work hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Barbara, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
