Job Title: HVAC Building Manager

Job Type :Contract

Pay Rate:$40–$60 per hour

Shift:12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

On-Call: Weekend availability required

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Building Manage to oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of all HVAC-related systems within a commercial facility. This hands-on role involves managing complex mechanical, electrical, and control systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Oversee and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and components.

+ Conduct complex repairs on air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems.

+ Troubleshoot and repair HVAC control systems, including air compressors and dryers.

+ Replace or install heaters, ventilation systems, and related equipment.

+ Maintain and repair chillers, boilers, cooling towers, air handling units, pumps, heat exchangers, and piping systems.

+ Perform major repairs on integrated building temperature control systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

+ Proven proficiency in HVAC mechanical systems and controls.

+ Strong troubleshooting and repair capabilities.

+ Experience with preventive maintenance programs.

+ Background in electrical systems and field service.

+ EPA Maintenance Technician Certification required.

Work Environment:

This role is based on-site at a client facility and requires independent performance of skilled HVAC tasks. The position operates on a late-day shift with weekend on-call responsibilities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $39.00/hr.
