    **Entry Level:** $15-$16/hr

    **Intermediate Level:** $16-$17/hr

    **Experienced Level:** $18-$22/hr

    Job Description

    As a janitor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within the facility. Your tasks will include a variety of cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, dusting, and washing windows. You will also be responsible for sanitizing surfaces and restrooms to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Managing supplies involves ordering new supplies and tools, restocking supply closets, and maintaining cleaning supplies. Additionally, you will report major maintenance and cleanliness issues to management, notify supervisors about unsafe conditions, and ensure the facility is secure by locking doors at night.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, dusting, and washing windows.

    + Disinfect surfaces and restrooms to maintain hygiene.

    + Order new supplies and tools, restock supply closets, and maintain cleaning supplies.

    + Report major maintenance and cleanliness issues to management.

    + Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions within the facility.

    + Ensure the facility is safe and secure by locking doors at night.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in cleaning, janitorial, and environmental services.

    + Ability to perform tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing.

    + Strong customer service skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous experience as a janitor or floor technician.

    + Minimum of 1 year experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

    + Ability to stand on feet for 8 hours a day.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
