We’re looking for a detail-driven Shipping Manager to oversee the flow of goods in and out of our warehouse. If you’re passionate about precision, process, and people, this is your chance to lead a critical function in a dynamic organization.

•** **What You’ll Be Doing

As a Shipping Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our warehouse operations, ensuring every shipment is accurate, timely, and compliant. Your responsibilities will include:

+ Overseeing receiving, sorting, stocking, picking, packing, palletizing, and shipping operations.

+ Managing ERP entries, bills of lading, commercial invoices, and Hazmat documentation.

+ Coordinating LTL, ground, ocean, and air shipments.

+ Handling Return Material Authorizations (RMA) and preparing kitting packages for production.

+ Operating forklifts, reach trucks, and motorized carts.

+ Performing daily cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy.

+ Ensuring compliance with safety and shipping regulations.

+ Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient.

•** **What You Bring

+ Proven experience in shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.

+ Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory control.

+ Forklift certification and experience with warehouse equipment.

+ Familiarity with Hazmat shipping standards and documentation.

+ Excellent organizational and customer service skills.

+ Experience supervising or leading warehouse teams is a plus.

You’ll work in a hybrid warehouse and office setting, collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting both the Supplies and Parts divisions. The environment is fast-paced, team-oriented, and focused on excellence.

•** **Pay & Shift Details

+ **Pay Range:** \$28.00 – \$33.00 per hour (based on experience)

+ **Shift:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

+ _Occasional overtime may be required based on shipping volume._

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
