Job Title: Production Assembler

Job Description

Join our team in the modification department, where you will actively participate in all operational activities. Your duties will include receiving, staging, unpackaging, modifying, repackaging, and shipping assembled cabinetry, as well as managing the associated paperwork flow.

Responsibilities

+ Participate in the modification of assembled cabinets according to order descriptions.

+ Work collaboratively within a team or independently to produce and modify cabinets.

+ Operate and maintain woodworking, hand tools, and power tools used for assembling and modifying cabinetry.

+ Complete all necessary paperwork associated with the job.

+ Receive, unload, and stage incoming assembled cabinetry for modification.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in assembly, hand tools, production, and power tools.

+ Experience in woodworking and general labor.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ At least 1 year of production experience or similar experience in carpentry or woodworking.

Work Environment

Work in a warehouse or open outside storage yard environment. This role involves physical tasks such as lifting above the shoulder, walking, bending, standing, and carrying products, with heavy lifting required. You will be exposed to various weather conditions, including seasonal temperature changes. The work schedule is determined by the needs of the business unit and may vary by location. Available shifts include first shift from 6:05 am to 3:30 pm and third shift from Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 pm to 5:30 am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
