    _Plumbing and Drain Technician – Immediate Openings_

    **Location:** Ankeny, IA

    **Job Type:** Permanent | Full-Time

    **Pay:** Competitive, based on experience

    **Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm | Opportunities for Overtime

    **Job Overview:** We are seeking Plumbers and Drain technicians with at least 1+ year of experience or familiarity with plumbing, electrical, or construction labor. In this role, you will work alongside journeyman technicians to assist with the new installation of piping, heating, and cooling units in residential, multi-family, and light industrial buildings.

    Responsibilities:

    + Assist technicians with **delivery, installation, and troubleshooting** of plumbing equipment

    + Perform **pipe vacuuming, job site cleanup, and moving units**

    + Use **hand and power tools** , including impact drills, wire strippers, and channel locks

    + Comfortably **bend, kneel, and lift 100+ lbs** while working with a team

    Qualifications:

    + **Experience in soldering** and plumbing installation preferred

    + **At least 1 year** of plumbing helper or construction experience

    + **Valid driver’s license** required

    + Knowledge of **HVAC, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, blueprint reading, and skilled trades**

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $75000.00/yr.

    Work Year Round
