+ Expand Our Reach:Collaborate with business development to identify new opportunities, strengthen community partnerships, and increase access to care.

+ Champion Learning:Spearhead staff development, orientation, and continuing education programs that elevate clinical practice across the agency.

What You Bring:

+ Active RN license in Connecticut

+ Proven leadership experience in homecare or community health

+ Deep understanding of clinical standards, healthcare regulations, and performance improvement

+ Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving

+ Willingness to travel to branch locations as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
