Job Description
Perform blood draws on-site for a busy patient service center. The facility serves approximately 100-150 patients daily, requiring the phlebotomist to manage 30-40 draws per day independently. Duties include data entry, specimen processing, and preparing labs for shipment. Candidates will administer a full menu of testing and rotate between front desk, patient service, and other testing areas. We are looking for proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented individuals eager for growth.
Responsibilities
+ Perform 30-40 blood draws daily without assistance.
+ Conduct data entry and specimen processing.
+ Prepare labs for shipment.
+ Administer a comprehensive menu of testing.
+ Rotate between front desk, patient service, and other testing areas.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Hospital or outpatient lab experience strongly preferred.
+ Phlebotomy certification is a plus.
+ Knowledge of a wide testing menu is preferred.
Work Environment
The position offers shifts from Monday to Friday: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM, 7 AM - 3:30 PM, 7:30 AM - 4 PM, 8 AM - 4:30 PM. The site operates from 6:45 AM to 4:30 PM. Employees are required to wear scrubs and closed-toe shoes, with lab coats provided. This role provides an opportunity to gain valuable experience and long-term growth within a thriving national outpatient setting.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
