About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager to support our Aircraft Interiors Program team. In this role, you will collaborate with fellow Program Managers to lead all phases of program execution—from initial development and qualification testing to the delivery of certified products supporting entry-into-service (EIS) for new airline customers. You will serve as a key interface between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring program success through strong leadership, communication, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
+ Foster strong partnerships with internal functional teams, typically organized into Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
+ Support daily program operations including schedule performance, customer and IPT reviews, Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and decision-making forums.
+ Prepare, update, and monitor program documentation in compliance with contract requirements and internal business procedures.
+ Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure priorities are met and issues are escalated appropriately.
+ Ensure contractual commitments are met across financial, technical, and schedule dimensions.
+ Guide program leads in implementing risk and opportunity management strategies.
+ Lead or contribute to monthly financial reporting and program cadence activities.
+ Coordinate and prepare for customer program reviews and site visits.
+ Drive decision-making within the IPT using critical thinking, even in the face of incomplete data.
+ Manage production deliveries in coordination with operations and supply chain to meet customer schedules.
+ Organize and support program reviews, team meetings, and other key business activities.
+ Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and effective presentation materials.
+ Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
+ Build and sustain strong relationships with airline customers and key stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience (e.g., Program/Project Management, Engineering).
+ Proven experience in Program or Project Management, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing.
+ Prior leadership or people management experience.
+ Proficiency in financial analysis tools and systems.
+ Experience managing development programs and transitioning them into production.
+ Strong background in cross-functional team leadership.
+ Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Risk/Opportunity Management.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project.
+ U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Person ( Green Card holder) required.
+ Experience working with OEM suppliers and leading OEM development programs is highly desirable.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
