    In this role, you’ll be the bridge between market needs and product innovation, playing a pivotal role in defining product vision, setting pricing strategies, and leading cross-functional collaborations with engineering, sales, and marketing. Your leadership will directly impact top-line growth and market success, making you a key influencer in an exciting and rapidly evolving industry.

    Your Mission

    + Strategically respond to pricing requests, ensuring competitive positioning.

    + Serve as the go-to expert for customer and internal technical inquiries.

    + Partner with product development teams from concept to launch, driving innovation at every stage.

    + Monitor product margins and proactively adjust pricing and supply chain strategies.

    + Evaluate and prioritize customer and internal product development ideas to fuel continuous improvement.

    + Conduct competitor and market research, identifying trends and opportunities that shape product success.

    What You Bring to the Table

    + Proven experience in product management, shaping strategy and execution.

    + Strong background in project management, leadership, and organizational excellence.

    + Expertise in engineering and new product development, ensuring technical alignment with market demands.

    + Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience in a B2B environment, preferably within aerospace or aviation.

    + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, ensuring a solid foundation for technical product leadership.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
