•Pay & Shifts

+ Pay:$21.00 – $22.00/hr _(based on experience and shift)_

+ Shifts Available:1st, 2nd, and 3rd – choose what works best for you!

•What You’ll Do

As a Production Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our manufacturing process:

+ Operate and monitor clamp production machines (up to two at a time)

+ Perform quality checks to ensure top-notch products

+ Make minor machine adjustments to keep things running smoothly

+ Package and label finished products

+ Select tools and parts for daily operations

+ Report any issues or defects to the team

•What We’re Looking For

+ 6+ months of experience in a production or manufacturing role

+ Experience with press machines is a big plus!

+ Ability to stand for extended periods

+ Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced environment

+ Team player with a strong work ethic

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
