    Job Title: General Production Worker

    Job Description

    Join our team as a General Production Worker and be part of our dynamic production plant team. We are hiring for a variety of production positions for our seasonal staff. Our plant operates Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM. We are ISO certified and lean certified, emphasizing high efficiency on the production floor. Each day begins with a safety meeting to ensure daily goals are met.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist in the welding department by bringing materials to welders and removing scraps using a cart.

    + Support shipping and receiving operations by preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accurate measurements for packaging, and staging materials correctly for each truck.

    + Receive raw materials and verify inventory amounts.

    + Load plastic pellets into machines and monitor levels per job. Inspect finished parts for quality, clean them, and prepare for the next processing step.

    + Work in the powder coating department by loading parts onto racks and preparing finished products for shipment, including quality checks and packaging.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in manufacturing, production, and material handling.

    + Ability to lift 51lbs or more repeatedly.

    + Proficiency in reading a tape measure.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + General labor and warehouse experience.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a clean manufacturing environment as part of a team. The facility can be very warm, and the work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lewisburg, Pa.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

    This is a fully onsite position in Linntown,PA.
