    Job Title: Warehouse Worker

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role involves handling various warehouse operations, from preparing shipments to maintaining inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

    Responsibilities

    + Pick, pack, stage, and load materials for shipment.

    + Receive and inspect incoming materials, ensuring accurate documentation.

    + Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment, with training provided.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area.

    + Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks.

    + Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

    + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

    + Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + High School Diploma or GED required.

    + Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.

    + Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.

    + Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends.

    + Basic computer skills, including Outlook and Microsoft Office.

    + Forklift certification or ability to become certified.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in inventory control and order picking.

    + Knowledge of RF scanners and palletizing.

    + Proficiency in shipping and receiving processes.

    + Experience with sit-down forklifts.

     

    Work Environment

     

    This position involves working in a dynamic warehouse environment where attention to safety and efficiency is crucial. The role requires physical strength to lift heavy materials regularly and the ability to operate various warehouse equipment. Employees will work in rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends, to meet the demands of our operations.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Decatur, Alabama.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.
