    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. This role supports the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives through safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes. The technician will focus on mechanical and electrical maintenance, working on forklifts, hydraulics, and pneumatics, with an emphasis on preventive maintenance and running the program.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment, including welders, forklifts, skid steers, overhead and gantry cranes, and paint equipment.

    + Execute electrical skills, including control panels.

    + Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

    + Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.

    + Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.

    + Conduct various plumbing maintenance tasks.

    + Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.

    + Detect faulty operations or defective materials and report unusual situations to proper supervision.

    + Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
