Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

The individual in this role will be responsible for handling, storing, transferring, and transporting chemical materials used in pharmaceutical manufacturing. This position requires operating equipment within a controlled clean room environment to mix, batch, or package products. The operator must adjust equipment according to batch sizes, temperatures, and run times while adhering to specific SOPs and work instructions. Additionally, they will perform routine maintenance on equipment and record operating data, test results, and other necessary documentation.

Pay: $21-25/hour

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM M-F

Responsibilities

+ Operate equipment in a clean room environment to mix, batch, and package chemical materials.

+ Adjust equipment settings based on batch size, temperature, and run times.

+ Follow specific SOPs and work instructions.

+ Perform routine maintenance on equipment.

+ Record operating data, test results, instrument readings, and other necessary documentation.

+ Handle shipping and receiving paperwork, plant data sheets, environmental reports, inventory sheets, and inspection reports.

Essential Skills

+ 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing production environment.

+ 1+ year of experience in a GMP environment (food, chemical, medical, etc.).

+ Experience working off of work orders for at least 1 year.

+ Ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 75 lbs.

+ Proficient in computer usage, including typing, sending emails, and using shipping software/inventory systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 1+ year of experience in a medical, chemical, or food environment completing mixing and weighing of products or materials.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.12 - $25.00/hr.
