    • What You’ll Do:

    + Be a frontline hero—conduct risk assessments and provide crisis intervention when it matters most.

    + Deliver in-home therapy and support to children, teens, and families.

    + Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that foster healing and growth.

    + Offer family counseling and wraparound support services.

    + Collaborate on case and care management to ensure holistic, client-centered care.

    • What You Bring:

    + A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or a related human services field.

    + License-eligible (LCSW or LMHC) or already licensed? Even better!

    + Strong communication skills, empathy, and a desire to grow in a supportive environment.

    + Experience in crisis management or case management is a plus—but not required.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.

     

    7 Weeks PTO, accruing from 1st day of work, health, vision, dental 401, with 3% match, work life balance
