    • About the Role

     

    As a Mechanical Project Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things MEP—guiding teams, ensuring code compliance, optimizing systems, and delivering best-in-class results. From reviewing design documents to managing subcontractors and supporting commissioning, you’ll be at the heart of every phase of the project.

     

    • What You’ll Need

    Required:

    + 8+ years with mechanical/electrical or general contractors

    + 2+ years of MEP estimating experience

    + Strong understanding of MEP code compliance and constructability

    + Ability to develop detailed scopes of work and evaluate subcontractor proposals

    + Excellent communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders

    Preferred:

    + Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Construction Management

    + Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, and estimating software

    + Familiarity with Procore, AutoDesk, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office

    + OSHA 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications

    •️ Key Responsibilities

    + Review and analyze MEP design documents for compliance and constructability

    + Lead MEP subcontractor selection, RFP development, and scope definition

    + Coordinate pricing, submittals, and manpower to align with project goals

    + Support scheduling, procurement, and commissioning activities

    + Conduct site visits, identify deficiencies, and drive value engineering

    + Assist with closeout documentation and owner training

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
