    • What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Sterilizing surgical instruments and supplies to the highest standards

    + Setting up operating rooms with precision and care

    + Supporting surgical teams with sterile equipment and patient positioning

    + Operating and maintaining sterilization equipment

    + Managing inventory and ensuring compliance with safety protocols

    + Keeping detailed records and performing quality checks

    + Creating a clean, organized, and efficient work environment

    • What You Bring to the Table:

    + Certification from a recognized sterile processing or sterilization program

    + At least 1 year of experience in reprocessing or sterilization

    + Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and sterilization standards

    + Excellent multitasking and organizational skills

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Bonus: CBSPD recertification and 10+ CEUs over five years

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr.
