Job Title: Fuel Cell Sealer
Job Description
Join an onsite vendor team at an aircraft manufacturing facility, performing vital tasks in Integral Fuel Cell Sealing. This role involves applying sealing compounds to seal fuel cells and related wing section components, as well as sealing major assemblies and large structures.
Responsibilities
+ Seal, fillet and fay, cap seal, brush coat, etc. for major assemblies, sub-assemblies, precision bench and integral fuel cell.
+ Apply scotch cast, leveling compound, aerodynamic seal and conduct pressure tests.
+ Work with blueprints, changes, specifications, and work orders, ensuring sealing meets quality requirements.
+ Complete required data gathering transactions to facilitate all sealer progression.
+ Perform pickup, rework, fabrication, change incorporation, functional testing, or checks during or after final seal and/or seal progression.
+ Use measuring instruments as required to accomplish work assignments.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with Integral Fuel Cell Sealing and applying sealing compounds to seal fuel cell and related wing section components.
+ Skill and knowledge to perform sealant of large structures and assemblies.

Work Environment
Work in a factory setting, potentially working up to 7 days a week with shifts from 5am - 5pm or 2:30pm - 2:30am (8 to 12-hour shifts). The workload can vary, with periods of waiting for access to aircraft followed by intense activity—all hours are paid.

This is a Contract position based out of Renton, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $44.00 - $51.00/hr.
