Job Title: Warehouse Picker – 1st & 2nd

$16-$17/HR + Overtime

Job Description

We are actively seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Picker. This role combines general labor duties with a strong emphasis on forklift operation and material handling. You’ll be responsible for picking and packing products of various sizes, loading and unloading trailers, and supporting warehouse operations through physical labor and equipment use.

Key Responsibilities

+ Operate forklifts and other lifting equipment to move heavy materials and completed pallets.

+ Pick and pack items ranging from small boxes to large machine parts.

+ Sort and organize boxes onto the correct pick pallets for shipment.

+ Load and unload semi-trailers efficiently and safely.

+ Use an RF scanner to track inventory and ensure order accuracy.

+ Perform general labor tasks including lifting, stacking, and organizing materials.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in general warehouse labor and physical material handling.

+ Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

+ Familiarity with forklift operation(training provided if needed).

+ Proficiency with RF scanners and basic inventory systems.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

+ 3–6 months of warehouse or general labor experience.

+ Previous forklift experience is a plus (certification offered on the job).

+ Willingness to workmandatory overtimeand occasional Saturdays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
