    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure the successful upkeep of building infrastructure through troubleshooting and repairing electromechanical equipment. This role will involve working collaboratively with a team to maintain structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, heat pumps, and cooling towers.

    Responsibilities

    + Troubleshoot and repair electromechanical equipment including structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, heat pumps, and cooling towers.

    + Conduct facility inspections and equipment condition assessments to determine necessary modifications.

    + Perform repair work and replace refrigeration systems such as walk-in freezers and coolers.

    + Collaborate with a team of repair technicians as well as project and facility manager.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with HVAC service, repair, troubleshooting, and diagnosis.

    + Proficiency in working with electromechanical equipment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Hands-on experience in refrigeration system repair and replacement.

    The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
