Job Title: 2nd Shift Welder
Job Description
We are seeking skilled Code Welders to join our dynamic job shop that primarily supports the Energy industry. Our shop takes on a wide range of projects using customer drawings and specifications. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of three years' experience in header welding. While experience is preferred, we have the capacity to train one to two welders who show potential despite not passing the initial weld test.
Responsibilities
+ Perform MIG welding, Flux core welding, and other welding techniques as needed.
+ Utilize your header welding experience to achieve quality results.
+ Fit and fabricate components according to project specifications.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications accurately.
+ Ensure code compliance in all welded headers.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in various welding techniques, including MIG and Flux core.
+ Experience in header welding.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Knowledge of welding codes and standards.
+ Experience in fabrication and grinding.
+ Familiarity with fitting and mcaw techniques.

Work Environment
Our welders work the second shift from Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The job shop provides a dynamic atmosphere with a focus on energy industry projects, utilizing advanced technology and equipment to achieve excellence in welding and fabrication.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sapulpa, Oklahoma.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
