Job Description

We are seeking a skilled forklift operator who will be operating stand-up reach forklifts and reach trucks. The candidate will be responsible for utilizing an RF Scanner to pick and put away materials and other products. Additionally, they will be involved with staging material for shipping and responsible for loading and unloading trucks when needed. The role also includes operating machines to shrink wrap pallets for shipment and helping out in other areas as necessary.

Responsibilities

+ Operate stand-up reach forklifts and reach trucks

+ Utilize RF Scanner to pick and put away materials

+ Stage material for shipping

+ Load and unload trucks when necessary

+ Operate machine to shrink wrap pallets for shipment

+ Assist in other areas as necessary

Essential Skills

+ 6+ months experience operating a stand-up reach truck

+ Experience utilizing RF Scanners

+ Experience with picking orders

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with various types of forklifts including cherry picker, sit down forklift, and stand-up forklift

+ Experience with order picking, putaway, and staging pallets

+ Experience with palletizing products

Work Environment

The work environment is a very big and clean warehouse, well-lit and very organized. The company values customers, people, integrity, safety, and quality. Shifts available include 1st Shift (6am-2:30pm), 2nd Shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm), 3rd Shift (Sunday-Thursday 8pm-4:30am), and Weekend Shift (6am-4:30pm Saturday/Sunday). Overtime is available on Saturdays and during the week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $23.00/hr.
