    Job Title: Facilities Technician

    Job Description

    The Facilities Technician will play a crucial role in supporting the maintenance department through various tasks within the plant. This position is integral to ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of the facility.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform light carpentry work to assist with facility maintenance.

    + Conduct general painting tasks as required by maintenance needs.

    + Assist in moving and reorganizing equipment and materials within the plant.

    + Engage in grounds work both inside and outside the facility, including snow removal, grass cutting, and landscaping.

    + Support other maintenance tasks as needed to maintain operational efficiency.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in painting and carpentry.

    + Mechanically inclined with a strong general mechanical aptitude.

    + Experience working in a facility role, such as landscaping, general carpentry, and painting.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability and willingness to perform heavy lifting as required.

    + Competence in operating equipment such as mowers, forklifts, and snow removal trucks.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
