Job Description
We are seeking skilled machine operators for both day and night shifts. Experience in operating a variety of metal processing machines is preferred, and mechanical aptitude will be considered.
Responsibilities
+ Operate press brake, shear, saw, and burn table machines.
+ Read and interpret blueprints for metal processing tasks.
+ Ensure precision and quality in all metal processing operations.
+ Utilize hand tools and tape measures for accurate measurements.
+ Maintain machines and perform routine inspections.
+ Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
Essential Skills
+ Experience as a machine operator in metal manufacturing.
+ Proficiency in operating brake press, shear, and saw machines.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Strong mechanical aptitude.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 6+ months experience in metal manufacturing machine operation.
+ Experience with hand tools and tape measures.
+ Familiarity with shear press and saw cutting techniques.
+ Ability to work with burn tables and brake press machines.

Work Environment
Work in a supportive and well-equipped facility, operating on a 2nd shift from Monday to Thursday, 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM, with optional overtime on Saturdays from 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Enjoy a four-day work week with opportunities for additional hours.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blair, Nebraska.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
