Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling high-speed automated sorting machines, PLCs including both old and new Allen Bradley models, VFDs, robotic equipment, gantry cranes, and more. You will be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance programs, electronic troubleshooting, mechanical maintenance and repair, and managing breakdowns, installations, and service.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs, focusing on Allen Bradley models.

+ Operate and service high-speed automated sorting machines.

+ Handle VFDs, photo eyes, sensors, and robotic equipment.

+ Maintain gantry cranes, conveyors, sorters, cranes, forklifts, and pallet jacks.

+ Perform maintenance on hydraulics, pneumatics, and 3-phase motors up to 480v.

+ Conduct preventive maintenance programs and update statuses using TMI Systems software.

+ Execute mechanical maintenance and repair tasks.

+ Troubleshoot electronic systems.

+ Respond to breakdowns, installations, and service requests.

Essential Skills

+ 5-6+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician.

+ Strong expertise in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

+ Proficiency in mechanical maintenance and repair.

Collaborate in groups, communicate effectively, and contribute to a culture of quality and reliability. The facility features a large conveyor system running 3 stories high and stretching 30 miles.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
