    Sr. Panel Builder -Wire Harness

    Job Description

    The Sr. Panel Builder position entails the responsibility of assembling and wiring industrial control panels, electro/mechanical sub-assemblies, and major assemblies. This role requires adherence to internal and customer-specified quality requirements, ensuring high standards in panel building and wiring processes.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble and wire industrial control panels and electro/mechanical sub-assemblies.

    + Build major assemblies to specified quality requirements.

    + Assist in the development and build of prototype industrial control panels and assemblies.

    + Identify, correct, and repair non-conforming materials.

    + Document and notify discrepancies according to standard operational procedures.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to read and understand mechanical, electrical/electronic, and pneumatic drawings, schematics, and diagrams.

    + Application of technical skills in an effective manner.

    + Demonstrated interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication.

    + Proficiency in basic computer skills, including e-mail and MRP software.

    + Knowledge in selecting and using assembly and wiring tools such as manuals and pneumatic or electric hand tools.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High School Education or GED is required; additional education preferred.

    + 5 years of related work experience required.

    + Prior panel builder work experience preferred.

    + Status as Certified IPS Specialist to IPC/WHMA-A-620 and familiarity with UL-508A standards is a plus.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Placentia, California.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $44000.00 - $56000.00/yr.

     

    Company will be providing benefits upon offer and presenting candidates with the details.

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a fully onsite position in Placentia,CA.
