    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated and mechanically inclined individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. This role involves training to become certified robotic welders in a dynamic and challenging environment. The position requires solid machine operating experience and the ability to handle heavy lifting up to 70lbs.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate machinery with precision and care, ensuring efficient production processes.

    + Participate in training programs to become certified robotic welders.

    + Utilize hand tools and tape measures for inspection and troubleshooting.

    + Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills in a loud, non-climate controlled environment.

    + Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working area.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven machine operating experience beyond basic assembly line tasks.

    + Mechanical inclination with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.

    + Physical ability to lift up to 70lbs as needed.

    + Experience with hand tools, tape measures, and inspection processes.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Blueprint reading and interpretation.

    + Experience with press brakes and laser machinery.

     

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is loud and non-climate controlled, requiring adaptability and resilience. The shift hours are from 2:30 PM to midnight, offering a second shift pay incentive. Heavy lifting is part of the job, and candidates must be comfortable with the physical demands.

    This is a Contract position based out of Ashland City, Tennessee.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.91 - $22.91/hr.
