    _Position Overview_

    As a **_Repack Order Selector_** , you’ll play a key role in supporting our Distribution Center by accurately picking and labeling merchandise for shipment. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute to a high-performing team.

    _Key Responsibilities_

    + ✅ Accurately pick and label merchandise from designated pick zones

    + 📦 Identify correct units of measure and inspect for damaged items

    + 🚚 Prepare and stage orders for shipment to customers

    + 📋 Follow supervisor instructions and maintain excellent attendance

    + 🧼 Adhere to housekeeping and safety standards throughout the facility

    _Essential Skills_

    + Order picking and inventory management

    + Pallet jack and RF scanner usage

    + Material handling and shipping/receiving

    + Strong attention to detail and time management

    _Qualifications_

    + Ability to lift 60–80 lbs regularly

    + High school diploma or equivalent preferred

    + Excellent attendance and reliability

    + Willingness to work overtime as needed

    + Strong math, organizational, and communication skills

    + Ability to interact with multiple departments and levels of management

    + Power Equipment Certification is a plus

    + Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
