    Job Title: Facilities Maintenance

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Mobile Engineer to join our team. This role requires an individual who is comfortable traveling between multiple sites and adept at safely parking a company vehicle. The engineer will be responsible for loading and unloading ladders daily from the company vehicle parked at home. The primary focus is on general mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) troubleshooting, with a preference for candidates with HVAC experience, especially in rooftop units, refrigeration units, and walk-in coolers. While EPA 608 certification is highly preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct general MEP troubleshooting, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing tasks.

    + Perform HVAC maintenance and repairs, focusing on rooftop units, refrigeration units, and walk-in coolers.

    + Coordinate or oversee vendor interactions as needed.

    + Provide maintenance support primarily to distribution centers within a 30-mile radius.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in HVAC systems, including rooftop units and refrigeration.

    + Knowledge of EPA regulations and standards.

    + Experience in facilities maintenance and troubleshooting.

    + 3+ years of facility experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with cooling towers and medical equipment installation.

    + Strong plumbing skills.

    + Customer service skills.

    + Valid driver’s license.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Louisville, Kentucky.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $33.37 - $33.37/hr.
