+ **Monday–Thursday: 4:30 PM – 2:00 AM**
+ **Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM**
+ **Optional Saturdays: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM**

Are you an experienced Crane Operator looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow? We’re hiring a skilled and safety-focused professional to join our team in Oakland Park. What You’ll Do
+ Operate mobile, tower, and overhead cranes to move materials safely and efficiently.
+ Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance on equipment.
+ Calculate load weights and apply proper rigging techniques.
+ Follow OSHA regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
+ Communicate clearly with ground crews and team members to coordinate lifts.
+ Interpret lift plans and project specifications accurately.
+ Maintain detailed logs of operations, inspections, and safety checks.
+ Monitor weather and environmental conditions that may affect crane operations.
+ Report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
+ 2–3 years of crane operation experience.
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ OSHA safety certifications.
+ Strong understanding of rigging and load calculations.
+ Excellent spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination.
+ Proven safety record and attention to detail.
+ Physical ability to climb, lift, and inspect equipment.
+ Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
Preferred:
+ Overhead crane experience.
+ Familiarity with forklifts, banding, palletizing, and general material handling.
+ Ability to read tape measures and perform basic math.

Work Environment
+ Open-air shop covered by sheet metal—can be loud and dusty.
+ Requires standing, walking, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
+ Safety gear, including boots, is required.
+ Occasional use of ladders and lifts.
+ Additional hours and weekend work may be required based on workload.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
