    Job Description

    We are looking for 2 painters to join our team, focusing on painting private jets at the New Castle airport. This role offers on-the-job training for successful candidates.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform painting operations on private jets.

    + Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, buffing, and performing other preparatory tasks.

    + Use spray guns and other painting equipment to apply paint.

    + Conduct inspections to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.

    + Maintain a high attention to detail in all aspects of work.

    Essential Skills

    + 1+ year of aviation painting experience.

    + Ability to pass all required medical tests and screenings.

    + Flexibility with shift availability.

    + High attention to detail.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with aircraft, aviation, and aerospace painting.

    + Skills in prepping, sanding, buffing, and finishing.

    + Proficiency with spray guns, spray painting, and sandblasting.

    + Familiarity with paint booths and blasting processes.

    Work Environment

     

    The role is based in a hangar at New Castle Airport, working in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. Flexibility with shifts is required to meet operational needs.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
