Heritage Ministries is in growth mode and currently seeking a Director of Clinical Services to join our team! The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for the clinical operations of the Organization. This includes overall quality, clinical outcomes, and growth of the organization. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee clinical operations for facilities across all states, in all aspects of nursing care and clinical programming.
• Drives development, implementation, and support of standardized nursing policies and procedures.
• Develops and implements clinical training programs to meet regulatory compliance as well as organizational needs
• Support leadership, Administrators and Director of SNF Operations in full survey readiness for clinical operations
• Documentation training and audit
• Optimization of reimbursement
• Oversee clinical quality outcomes
• Leads through vision and values for resident/patient and team-member well-being, quality assurance, financial management and regulatory compliance with the highest integrity and ethical standards.
• Provide leadership in support of the company’s core values, develop and sustain a company culture of teamwork, professionalism, mutual respect, continuous quality improvement and accountability.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Degree in Nursing or related field
• Licensed in NYS as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner
• 3 years of progressive leadership experience in Nursing, preferably Long Term Care
• Previous multi-facility management experience in healthcare preferred
• Preferred expertise in diversification of services
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with community partners
