    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager with a strong background in AutoCAD to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with 10-15 years of experience in the architecture field, who is adept in all phases of design and is proficient in compiling construction documents. The position offers the opportunity to engage with commercial and residential projects, interact with clients, and mentor junior staff.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage all phases of architectural design projects.

    + Compile comprehensive sets of construction documents.

    + Interact with clients to ensure project requirements are met.

    + Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on architectural practices.

    + Lead project management efforts to achieve successful outcomes.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD.

    + Extensive experience in architecture and construction document preparation.

    + Strong project management abilities.

    + Competence in construction administration.

    + Ability to use SketchUp and AutoCAD effectively.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.

    + Experience with client interaction and relationship management.

    Work Environment

    This position requires onsite work five days a week at our Beverly, MA location. The environment is collaborative and welcoming, with opportunities to interact with upper management and owners daily. The office has a unique culture as it is set in the home where the owner grew up. The role offers the chance to lead projects and mentor others in a growing company with a newly opened office in Winchester, MA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
