    Job Title: Test Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a Test Technician to support the setup of tests, installing sensors, calibrating instrumentation, and working on machines in a shop environment. The technician will assist our test engineers in ensuring the reliability and durability of new concept machines, primarily skid steers and compact track loaders.

    Responsibilities

    + Set up tests on machines, including installing strain gauges and routing wires.

    + Calibrate and install sensors and instrumentation on machines.

    + Follow engineering drawings and work orders to set up tests.

    + Assist in the setup of hydraulic and electrical components for testing.

    + Utilize basic computer programs for data acquisition systems.

    Essential Skills

    + Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field – Ideal for Veterans with experience as a technician, mechanic, or in a related technical field.

    + Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

    + Ability to follow detailed procedures and adapt to evolving test plans.

    + Comfortable working in a shop environment with hands-on tasks.

    + Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/hr.
