    Job Title: Solar Panel Installation Technician

    Project Overview:

    Be part of something big. We’re seeking skilled and motivated Solar Panel Installation Technicians to join our team on a landmark renewable energy project. a 175MW solar array covering 1,798 acres and featuring over 235,000 solar panels. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the largest solar installations in the region, helping to power thousands of homes with clean, sustainable energy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Install photovoltaic (PV) panels with precision and efficiency

    + Assemble and align racking systems according to engineering specifications

    + Torque bolts and fixtures to required tolerances

    + Manage and organize electrical wiring and connections

    + Install inverters and related electrical components

    + Perform trenching and conduit bending for underground cabling

    + Stage and transport materials across the job site

    + Support general labor tasks to ensure smooth project progression

    Project Duration:

    + Contract Length: 12 months

    + Schedule: Full-time, 40+ hours per week

    + Seasonal Note: Work will pause during periods of heavy snowfall and resume in spring

    Hard Skills Desired:

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
