    Job Title: 1st Shift Bilingual Forklift Operator

     

    Shift: 6am to 3pm (Mon-Fri, OT on saturdays)

     

    Pay: $20-21/hr

     

    + **_Must have at least 6 years of warehouse experience_**

    + **_Must have at least 4 years of sit down forklift experience_**

    + **_Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish_**

    Job Description

    Responsibilities

    + Receive daily order sheets to pull flooring materials for different construction sites.

    + Ensure orders are pulled quickly and accurately to avoid errors in delivery.

    + Utilize RF scanners to pull and track orders efficiently.

    + Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking vendors throughout the day.

    + Lift and handle materials up to 50 pounds.

    + Operate sit-down forklifts and pole lift forklifts for loading, unloading, and shipping tasks.

    + Engage in order picking, packing, and inventory management.

    Essential Skills

    + Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

    + Experience in operating sit-down and pole lift forklifts.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + No formal education required.

    + Certification on forklift provided after full training.

    + Preference for candidates with 4 years of forklift experience and 6 years of warehouse experience.

    Work Environment

     

    The work culture emphasizes hard work and pride in your achievements. The warehouse is fairly new and well-maintained, though not climate-controlled. The dress code includes steel toe shoes, dark pants, and a white shirt with no logos. The shift is Monday to Friday, from 6 AM to 3 PM, with potential for overtime.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of The Colony, Texas.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
