MUST BE OPEN TO ALL SHIFTS AND OVERTIME!

Responsibilities

+ Transport stock to and from furnace, press, and auxiliary equipment.

+ Load and unload preheating units with stock or forgings in accordance with established practices.

+ Handle, lubricate, and manipulate stock and forgings in accordance with established practices.

+ Set, check and adjust temperatures, remove vents, projections and defects from stock or forgings.

+ Help in set-up, re-set, and adjustment of tools and equipment.

+ Operate auxiliary trim press.

+ Maintain identity of stock and forgings. Unload stock and forgings from preheating units.

+ Use industrial trucks to transport material in work area.

+ Check condition of trucks and report deficiencies to proper personnel.

MUST HAVES:

• Must have experience within a heavy manufacturing environment

• Must have experience operating Heavy Industrial Press machines

• Must have 2+ years of Heavy Industrial Machine Operating experience

• Must have the ability to read blueprints, and drawings

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $65000.00/yr.

• Supplementary pay plan – in addition to salary OT is paid in blocks of 2 hours ($125), 4 hours ($250), 8 hours ($500)

• Will be paid $250/month for working 3rd (shift differential)
