Job Title: Technician

Job Description

As a technician, you will test in-home systems to assess power usage and ensure compliance with established standards. You will conduct code compliance testing of carpentry and in-care units, as well as quality inspections for new single-family and multi-family homes to confirm readiness for homeowners.

Responsibilities

+ Test in-home systems to measure power usage.

+ Follow the schedule set by the Regional Manager.

+ Conduct code compliance testing of carpentry and in-care units.

+ Conduct quality inspections for new single-family and multi-family homes to ensure readiness for homeowners.

+ Identify items needing attention and create punch lists.

+ Provide detailed, professional reports for customers based on test results.

+ Maintain company equipment.

+ Prepare reports for clients and consult with builders about identified issues.

+ Effectively communicate with management and the team regarding scheduling issues or field-related concerns.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Harrisburg, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
