Hiring Quality Technicians in Pennsauken, NJ!

*MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING AT AN INDUSTRIAL SETTING. We are willing to train machine operators from an industrial setting that has inspected as well. *

WEEKLY PAY, GUARANTEED OVERTIME, AND IMMEDIATE START ONCE OFFERED!!

Shift/Pay:

+ Training Period (First 8 Weeks):Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

+ **Night Shift:6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Rotating days of the week)**

+ Pay Ranges from $20-$25/hr, based on experience

Description:

+ Load/unload material into ovens and observe the shipping department for defects

+ Test material hardness, document results, and measure products

+ Ensure products, processes, documentation, and records conform to quality standards and Customer Specific Requirements (CSR)

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve customer requirements

+ Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections on extruded aluminum products

+ Conduct metallurgical testing in a laboratory environment

+ Manage customer quality rejects, return material authorization, nonconforming material control, and disposition

+ Participate in corrective action teams, perform root cause analysis, and develop action plans

+ Collect, prepare, and analyze data, presenting recommendations to shop floor, leadership, customers, and executives

+ Train and develop individuals in metallurgy and quality process techniques

+ Supervise teams in ad-hoc situations

+ Troubleshoot basic equipment issues

Qualifications/Skills:

+ Experience in inspection, measurement, and various testing methods of manufactured products

+ Proficiency with standard inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gages

+ Ability to lift up to 60 lbs consistently

+ Manufacturing experience preferred

+ Knowledge of product testing in a high-volume environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
