    Job Title: General Production Worker

    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented General Production Workers who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will be responsible for safely executing the processes involved in manufacturing order-specific profiles, starting from raw materials, conducting quality checks, to packaging the finished product.

    Responsibilities

    + Ensure correct materials in appropriate quantities are supplied to the production lines.

    + Successfully complete line and equipment start-ups in a timely manner.

    + Perform color and tool changeovers while operating profile lines according to established procedures.

    + Conduct quality checks to meet specifications for color, pattern, length, and width.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in production, extrusion, and machine operation.

    + Proficiency in troubleshooting equipment.

    + Experience in manufacturing, measurements, assembly, and inspection.

    + Ability to read rulers and utilize measurement tools.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Demonstrate attention to detail.

    + Ability to recognize and take action upon what needs to be done with little to no supervision.

    + Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    + Desire to work in a team-based environment where decision making is at the team level.

    + Motivation to increase skills and progress in the role.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Green Bay, Wisconsin.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.92 - $24.86/hr.
