    Join a high-impact team at the forefront of datacenter innovation. We’re seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to be the boots-on-the-ground expert driving quality, performance, and excellence across a multi-year data center construction project.

     

    • What You’ll Do

    + Be the on-site electrical authority, overseeing multiple concurrent datacenter builds from groundbreaking to commissioning.

    + Conduct daily site walks, ensuring construction aligns with design intent and meets the highest quality standards.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams—engineering, procurement, and construction—to keep projects on track and on spec.

    + Lead technical reviews of drawings, specs, and commissioning documents.

    + Monitor and mitigate risks related to Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS).

    + Champion project management excellence, from submittal reviews to RFI responses and final turnover.

    • What You Bring

    + 8+ years of electrical engineering experience (or equivalent education/experience mix).

    + 5+ years of datacenter-specific electrical engineering expertise.

    + Deep knowledge of power distribution, backup systems, EPMS, and electrical controls.

    + Proven ability to interpret and enforce construction documents and design standards.

    + Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

    • Bonus Points

    + 10+ years of experience in commercial/industrial electrical engineering.

    + Mastery of datacenter construction techniques and terminology.

    + A passion for quality, safety, and innovation in high-stakes environments.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $87.00/hr.
