    Job Title: Services CoordinatorJob Description

     

    The Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day building operations and ensuring the workplace functions smoothly and efficiently. This role involves coordinating, scheduling, and completing both short-term and long-term workplace projects while ensuring vendor performance meets expected standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist in repair and replacement activities within the workplace to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations, including upkeep, upgrades, assembly, and ordering of furnishings.

    + Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for maintenance and upgrades.

    + Support renovation projects within the workplace.

    + Oversee contracts with workplace vendors to ensure they meet performance standards.

    + Manage contractor and vendor relationships, monitoring and reporting on their performance.

    + Assist with set-up and reset of operational space according to local requirements, including minor maintenance such as changing lights and moving tables.

    + Schedule and document equipment repairs and calibrations, assisting with internal and external audits.

    + Assist with the installation of equipment for the facility.

    + Maintain, track, and update work requests in the work management system.

    + Provide cover for front-of-house duties during team absences.

    + Responsible for access and security provision and keeping the floor plan up-to-date.

    + Maintain process documentation and assist in the development of new processes, including waste management processes.

    + Oversee the planning of office events and functions.

    + Be available as an on-call team member.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + 4+ years of relevant experience required.

    + Must have a valid driver’s license.

    + A high school diploma or GED qualification is required.

    + Experience with purchase orders and vendor contracts.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Proficient and experienced in Microsoft Office suite.

    + Excellent interpersonal skills and experience dealing with a diverse workforce.

    + Effective time management and logical decision-making ability.

    + Self-starter; able to work independently without direct supervision.

    + Organized with the ability to provide deliverables in support of project plans.

    + Understanding of facility and project management.

    + Ability to prioritize and manage multi-functional tasks.

    + Ability to lift and move 50 pounds if necessary.

    + Ability to work effectively under pressure.

    + Must be available for on-call emergencies.

    + A bachelor's degree or certification from an applicable field (e.g., FMP, CFM or equivalent) would be desirable.

    Work Environment

    The work environment is an office clinic setting, requiring the use of miscellaneous office equipment such as computers and copiers. The role may involve lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds. The dress code is business casual.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.
