Medical Assistant

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Back Office Medical Assistant to support our client in a fast-paced, patient-focused clinical environment! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, is highly motivated, and can quickly adapt with minimal training.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Chart patient information into EMR systems (Athena & UroChart)

+ Coordinate follow-up care and assist with patient check-in

+ Room patients and take/record vital signs

+ Prepare exam rooms and assist the provider during exams

+ Educate patients on upcoming appointments, procedures, and testing prep

+ Provide flexible support across other clinic areas as needed

Qualifications:

+ 1+ years of experience as a medical assistant

+ Medical assistant diploma

+ Medical assistant certification highly preferred

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Specialty clinic experience preferred but not mandatory

+ Proficiency with EMR systems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
