    HVAC Construction Project Manager

    Job Description

    + Lead and oversee project teams through all phases—planning, estimating, design, installation, start-up, commissioning, turnover, and warranty—ensuring successful project delivery.

    + Provide clear leadership and direction to assigned team members, including conducting performance reviews, supporting professional development, and managing day-to-day activities.

    + Participate in pre-bid evaluations and facilitate smooth transitions from sales to operations.

    + Develop comprehensive project plans ahead of execution, ensuring alignment with project goals. Maintain and update project schedules and cost estimates throughout the lifecycle.

    + Coordinate budgeting, procurement, engineering, accounting, cost control, and construction activities to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion. Manage equipment procurement processes.

    + Track project progress to ensure adherence to execution plans. Use financial tools and monthly forecasts to monitor and control project costs effectively.

    + Hold a 4-year degree in a construction-related field or possess equivalent experience.

    + Have 3–5 years of hands-on project management experience or at least 5 years in the construction industry.

    + Possess advanced knowledge of HVAC systems or other building electronic control systems.

    + Skilled in estimating, scheduling, budgeting, field supervision, financial reporting, client relations, and risk management. Strong communication and computer skills are essential.

    + Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management, mentoring, and empowering others through effective delegation.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
