    •What You’ll Do

    As a key member of our welding team, you’ll:

    + Interpret and work from detailed shop blueprints and diagrams.

    + Successfully pass 2G and 3G FCAW weld tests.

    + Perform layout, fitting, clamping, tack-welding, and component prep.

    + Weld in both vertical and horizontal positions with confidence and accuracy.

    + Operate a variety of welding equipment including FCAW, GMAW, GTAW, and more.

    + Handle materials using cranes, forklifts, and other tools.

    •️What You Bring

    + 2–4 years of hands-on welding experience.

    + Strong skills in stainless steel and flux core welding (FCAW).

    + Ability to read blueprints and perform fabrication tasks.

    + Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform tasks that require bending, kneeling, crawling, and climbing.

    •Your Schedule

    + Training Shift:7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (First Shift)

    + Regular Shifts:

    + 2nd Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

    + 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

    + Shift assignments are based on seniority, with guaranteed 40-hour weeks and overtime opportunities.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $63003.00 - $70000.00/yr.

     

    This is a Union environment that offers a high starting pay rate, and Four different health plans through Highmark. Dental and vision offered as well. 401k plan up to 5% match.

    This is a fully onsite position in Wilkinsburg,PA.
